Ledbetter Leather Custom Leather Holster maker

This was a contracted job from my friend Devon for his roommate Jason. I have done work for Jason before on his Savage, as well as building him a Rage Cage for it. This body came to me already trimmed and the window mask installed. Devon told me at first to make the entire truck chrome, but I felt that would be to bland! He then said to paint it all candy red, so I suggested doing the body in a two tone split with a chrome stripe. He wanted the grill and tool box tops in the bed done in chrome , and since I had to back the chrome with a black base after painting it any way I felt candy red and black would be a good contrast. I first masked off the area's to be painted Chrome and Black then sprayed the Candy Red Pactra on the body. I then removed the mask from the areas to be Chrome and sprayed them. I also Sprayed the Chrome over the Candy Red as well. I then unmasked the areas to be in black and based the entire body with water based Fastkolor Parma Black.
